Apologies if anything has been posted for this before.
Soak almonds for however long, I did mine for a day. Spread on towel to dry.
Put into a container with chili powder (I used about 3 TBL), cayenne pepper (about a tsp for spicy), crushed Celtic sea salt and cumin (tsp). I also added about a TBL of flax oil to help the spices stick.
Shake like crazy! :D
I put mine in the dehydrator for a couple of hours before I had to leave yesterday, but I put them BACK in when I got home and they're SO crunchy and flavorful!
Really wonderful fall snacking :D
