I was wondering if you could tell me if you have access to Young coconuts in Ohio? My daughter would like to get some and I have no clue as to where to send her. Thank You Joz

Is there a Whole Foods? Or an Asian market? Also most any food co-op with a produce ordering capability can order a case of them - I've done that here in Colorado.

They said they have SAMS (equiv to Costco) so they will check with them to see if they can order them. Thanks Sharon, Joz

Hi Wyjoz,

We get our's at Whole Foods, like Sharon said! We have to drive an hour to Columbus, but they are worth it!

Hi!

Yes! There are lots of places. The most inexpensive place is one of the asian markets, I go to the one off of east 55th street in Cleveland. I usually purchase them by the case (9) for about $11. So they end up costing about 1.22 a piece instead of paying 3.99 a piece in stores like Whole Foods, WIld Oats, Heinens, etc. I will not buy them in the regular grocery stores or markets because they charge way too much. Let me know where abouts your daughter is located and I can point you in the right direction!
Talk to you soon!

Perfect........she is not very far away. Yes, it is a much better price than paying grocery store mark-up! I hope she enjoys them. I buy cases of them all the time!
We love 'em!

Believe it or not, our local Wal-mart actually started carrying them for $2 each.

Not at all. It is right off of E. 55th on Payne Ave. It's not the nicest section of town so I would advise her to go during the daylight hours though. She will definitely see it on the left side of the street!
