:) The only kind that's sold at our health food store is hulled, can i still sprout it?

I would think that buckwheat would work but you'll have to experiment. It's pretty versatile that way for crackers, etc...

You need the hulled, which means the hull has been taken off, the blondish stuff not the dark brown/black stuff.

You can also get away with just soaking, not sprouting, or only sprouting very briefly.

I have used Buckwheat, worked fine. I changed the spices to cinnamon and vanilla though.

buckwheat groats
and spelt berries

will try both!!
