New to Raw - Right hand palm on fire

Anyone have a problem with the palm of their right hand feeling like its on fire? This only happened to me this afternoon. First week raw.

Oh my, I thought I was losing my mind but the same thing has happened to me. My palm would start burning and I couldn't stop scratching it to try to get some relief. I don't remember ever having this issue on SAD. :confused:

Sounds like this could be a detox symptom if it's only your first week - hang in there. The benefits will be worth it!

do you do energy work? I doubt it, but it's a possibility.

Anyone can easily increase the temperature in their hands if they focus on them.

HOW LONG DID IT LAST? It is only one hand. What type of cream did you put on it to get relief?
