I'm making frozen ice cream, but as the substitute for the frozen bananas, i'm using frozen nutmilk.
I have honey, just don't have organic vanilla extract right now, and don't wanna use salt. So someone tell me what to substitute vanila extract with and salt.

Just leave the salt out.
I have used Frontier's maple extract and a handful of walnuts for Maple Walnut ice cream and whoa....great stuff!

didn't add any salt
i think i also forgot the vanilla extract..........but when i don't have vanilla and it is called for in a recipe, i either use maple syrup or honey!!
seems to work just fine!!
