I want to know if anyone has improved/gained any psychic abilities, increase in lucid dreams, and had a first astral projection or a lot more of them since going 100% raw.

If so, come forth!

ive had 3 lucid dreams since going raw. before raw i had one when i was much younger.

they sort of pop up randomly, though. i cant make myself LD yet.

my intuition has increased ridiculously though.

i just started working towards AP and LD (this is after my 3 LDs though) with brainwave frequency therapy/training.

maybe look into it? ive been meditating to them.

i think i have a mental block tahts not allowing me to astrally project - pretty sure theres still a sense of fear and uncertainty. im workin on it though.

let me know how it goes if you look into it.

whatre your thoughts on it?

Astral Projection, I don't want to put that much time into (I WANT TO PROJECT NOW!) though i've successfully projected like half my body once (but my head got stuck to my body).

I love sleep-paralysis, it's so funny and weird.
I love hearing things thats not there, it's a trip.

Lucid Dreams, when I put a lot of effort into it, I usually LD, but i'm pretty lazy when it comes to it (not that excited about it), though most of the times i've LD I ended it quickly by doing sexual acts... which is always fun.

Psychic abilities, my intuition is probably a lot better, my manifestating stuff probably has too. Other abilities, don't know, I did telekinesis, but like Astral Projection, the progress was too slow.

And Lucid dreams in general are really fun.

what approach have you taken to manifest things?

don't want to explain that. Too much info on it on the web(well not really, but a lot).

But I will a bit...

Theres:
-affirmations
-visualizing
-FEELING
-then doing a lot of crap that gets you into FEELING
-Gratitude
-Giving with joy

lucid dreams are dreams in which you know you are dreaming and therefore able to "consciously" control everything/do whatever you want.

astral projection is an out-of-body experience..often occurs during meditation.

I used to be really good at lucid dreaming and then a couple years ago I was in therapy and we were analyzing my dreams and talking about it and my therapist pointed out that dreams are your brains way of working through things and if you deliberately change things you may actually stop yourself from working through things that are happening to you. Apparently, my brain decided it made sense because since then I've pretty much lost the ability.

Different beliefs on dreams.

The belief that I read, and believe in, is that our dreams, are indicators of what's manifesting.

And today had pretty fun dreams, and my day is pretty fun and very awesome :)

I had some spontaneous APs when child. When I was a teenager this experiences were more frecuent. It was horrible I couldn't control it at all. Anyways when I started meditation this experiences stop at all. I don't have another AP since then.

I still having lucid dreams, they're much better now :)

Thanks for the answer eatyourbroccoli.

I have studied Hypnosis for a few years and am a California State Certified HYpnotherapist. I never practiced, just wanted to learn more about the mind. Lucid Dreams seem to be very similiar to Hypnosis. You are guiding your unconcious mind. I beleive dreams are thoughts being leaked from your unconcious mind to your concious mind. Controlling that flow could be a very positive thing. When hypnosis is used all you are doing is bypassing your concious filter and speaking directly to your inner mind that you normally have no connection to conciously.

I have had Lucid Dreams, just had a different name in hypnosis.

I'm like my mother  I was born with "psychic" or propehtic dreams--they were much more chronic as a child yet still have them. I have a highly developed intutitive/psychic side that had been somewhat repressed the last 5 years and now is becoming extremely accessible since RAW. I talked about this with my sis one day.......trying to go about daily life when you already know what will happen or what people are going to do and say..........I feel like a marionette sometimes.

AH, LD .....I've had them periodically. AP , that yes I have and recently again

My most recent development, is being able to look through my eyes when they are closed. It scared/bothered me at first but now I am starting to become curious :)

“Psychic Phenomena” and Medicine?

The American Journal of Psychiatry reports that a survey has revealed that 58 percent of medical school deans, psychiatrists and others in the field favor a study of psychic phenomena in their school curricula. Over a third of those surveyed claimed that they had personal knowledge of a psychic event. “Our findings indicate a high degree of conviction among psychiatrists that many psychic phenomena may be a reality and that nonmedical factors play an important role in the healing process,” said Dr.*Stanley Dean, professor of psychiatry at the University of Miami, in Florida. And Medical Tribune magazine observed: “The survey adds to mounting evidence that psychic phenomena are gaining some official respectability.”

In a similar vein, Dr.*J. O. Mume, writing in the Sunday Observer of Lagos, Nigeria, recently stated: “Trado-medicalism [traditional medicine] cannot be complete if it fails to take into consideration the incidence of diseases and misfortunes caused through .*.*. witchcraft.” He added that “by taking into account the influence of witchcraft, trado-medicalism can treat many diseases that elude scientific diagnosis.” Similar phenomena existed in the time of Christ, who knew and ably dealt with their demonic source."

"Yoga Peril

On June 1, Robert Antosczcyk, a yoga teacher in Ann Arbor, Michigan, secluded himself in his room, telling acquaintances that he was going to attempt astral projection. In this state, supposedly one’s “soul” travels through the universe’s “astral plane.” However, two days later twenty-nine-year-old Antosczcyk was dead. His body was discovered in a yoga posture assumed in deep meditation. Reportedly, the young man’s health had been excellent and he was not a drinker, smoker or drug user. Though pathologists did not know why he had died, one suggested that Antosczcyk may have entered a state of meditation so deep that his heart had slowed down greatly and was unable to pump sufficient blood to the brain."

I found these very interesting articles on the subject. Just thought I would share.

Haven't noticed any increase in these things. Have always been able to do these things but not at will. They just happen, it seems, when they need to happen.

My Naturopath once lived off only oranges for 6 months. He said it was difficult to stay in his body at that time. Fascinating.

His goal was to become a breatharian after he had read a book which mentioned about one such person. That's when his raw food path began. He transitioned from a typical SAD diet to just eating oranges. I don't know how long it took him. But he's a very spiritual man and always was seeking GOD realization. During that time of his life he was a hermit living in the woods. Like I said, he was going inside at will. He has so many great stories. Now he's helping people cure themselves of some real serious ailments on a combination of the raw food diet and fasting.

I LOVE lucid dreams! I always take the opportunity to fly. It's such a freeing experience. I usually go up through the ceiling and fly around outside.

Sleep paralysis though, scares the crap out of me!
