Such a problem....I have lots of veggies to use up so it would be super great if I can freeze dehydrated pizza with veggies on top. Can I?

I have loads of tomatoes I grew so even wondering if I could freeze these vs. dehydrating first. I have dried bunches already.

I know I would lose some "value" but making choice.

I have stored crackers in zip locks. Wondering how they would do in freezer?

What kind of storage bags or containers? Ziplock? I don't have food saver.

Thanks.

I used to use ziplock freezer bags, sometimes I double them, but now I use the food saver.

And I would dehydrate the tomatoes first, or puree them then put into zip locks.

RP,
You rawk. Thanks always. What kind of food saver do you have? Model? Cost? Purchase where? Thanks for all details as I may just need consider. Advantages? Thanks. I bet we have an informative link, as I am having a flash back.

What's thoughts on freezing slices of zucchini for lasagna or make lasagna first and then freeze? I think dryng the zucc. may not work as well as making the dish and freezing same.

Great and thanks tons! I got gorgeous Orange Roma tomatoes here ripening super fast along with the other colored tomatoes...I can never use them all as quickly and trying to slow down the process putting them into boxes, in between layers of newspaper.
