I am sure of which nuts require soaking and which ones do not. I just ate walnuts in a salad unsoaked... do they need soaking? thanks :o

Hi All

I am continually learning from everyone on this site.

Would someone please explain when it is appropriate to soak nuts and/or what nuts to soak.

Eager to learn.

Suggestion ~ RP did a whole thing on it. Might do a banana search to see if you can find it. She states what needs to be soaked and what doesn't. Put "soaking nuts" in the "search".

Nuts are easily digestable when soaked. So sometimes I feel like a CRUNCH, sometimes I don't.
