My personal favorite -- squeeze lime all over the salad - drizzle with olive oil - garnish with minced fresh herbs.

my favorites
lemon juice
crushed garlic
olive oil
fresh herbs (basil especially)
or
orange juice
cayenne
grated ginger
olive oil
or
olive oil
nama shoyu
grated ginger
orange juice
crushed, dried red pepper
I also like to add just a bit of pinenuts to my salads, adds a wonderful color, texture, flavor, and crunch. yummy sesame seeds is good too.
I made this receipe and had a few try it. Someone even asked me if I could make it for them at work and she would pay me back.
Here goes:
1/2 cup Raw apple cider vinegar
1 cup of Extra Virgin olive oil
1 cup of fresh raspberries
1/3 cup of Raw Honey
It is an awesome receipe. But I think the next time I make it I will use a little less apple cider vinegar. For my tastes, it was a little strong. But see what you think.
With a stick blender, vitamix or equivalent, blend a handful (about 1/4 cup) of raw cashews with 2 tablespoons water and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice until completely smooth. Add celtic sea salt to taste (about 1/4 teaspoon), 1 teaspoon of cider vinegar and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Blend until very smooth. You can thin it with a bit more water or lemon juiice if you like.
I invented this the other day and everyone who has tried it (whether they eat raw food or not) loves it. I think it tastes a bit like bought salad cream, but much nicer.
It's great drizzled on top of leafy salad, or as a dip for celery sticks etc.

I just made this last night for the first time and it's great! I got it from "Raw Food Made for Easy for One or Two" by Jennifer Cornbleet.
1 cup raw cashews (soak a couple of hours)
3/4 cup water (I ended up having to use more)
2 T fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion power (I didn't have any, used dried minced onions)
1/4 + 1/8 tsp of sea salt
1 T minced fresh basil or 1 tsp dried basil
1 T minced fresh dill weed or 1 tsp dried dill weed
Whip all but the basil and dill in a blender until smooth. Toss in the basil and dill and pulse just a couple of times to mix it in. Store in a sealed container in the fridge - keeps for 5 days.
My goodness, aren't we all creative! Some wonderful ideas there. My mouth is watering and I'm off to fix a salad right now.

How about this;
1 avocado
3 tomatoes
½ red pepper
Vinegar
Nama Shouy
Dill
Paprika
All blended together it becomes nice and creamy with a great color and taste! :p (This is actually what I use for "potato salad")

This is so plain and boring, but my favorite:
Lemon, olive oil, black pepper, himilayan crystal salt. Yum.
