This has happend over and over, like yesterday.

I'll be eating, finish eating my dinner, then i'm hungry, look for some snacks, eat a lot of that, and i'm still hungry... then about an hour or two later after probably eating a lot, hopefully i'll remember to drink water, and when I drink the water, guess what... i'm really full! (well at least it feels like it at that time)

Sometimes I forget to drink water.

Remember also reading that Thirst is the last sign for dehydration.

People often mistake thirst for hunger.

Now that is the No.1 diet aid......Water. You can eat forever, when it was only thirst.

Perhaps you could get in the habit of having a drink about half an hour before you eat.

Is it possible to drink too much water? On an average day I drink 5 - 7 litres. I thought this was fine but some of my friends thought it was excessive and it effects nurtients in your brain...?

I have two half-liter bottles (actually one's 510 ml but who cares) and I bring one or both home from work to refill them. Usually I just have to bring one home. So 5 to 7 liters sounds like too much, but maybe you live in a dry or hot climate.

A lot would depend on the foods you were eating.
If you eat a lot of water rich foods then you need to take very little

I agree with sport. I find that if I eat alot of very wet foods like watermelon, zuchini, cucumber, etc. I am not as thirsty. However, when I eat alot of dehydrated foods or dense foods like nuts, I feel like I need more water. I would rather "eat" my water ;)
