Numb Front Teeth

I have been reading your forum for a few weeks. . .and it has been such a blessing to me as I am transitioning from a macrobiotic diet to raw foods. Thank you! My primary reason for exploring change was that I do not sleep soundly at night -- fall asleep easily but wake up, beginning to think and that's it! The night is over and I get up in the morning more tired than when I went to bed! Since going raw I've slept better than I have in years. (I'm still a bit perplexed as to macro vs. raw but am so delighted to have some energy!) Here's my question, I'm wondering if my symptoms are detox. I've been having some numbness in my upper front teeth, usally the left one, but not always; sometimes I can feel the numbness up my sinsuses beside my nose. I feel as thought it's some sort of detox as I've experienced some sinsus drainage. I understand the kidney meridian runs through this area and that the skin functions as a third lung/kidney. Have any of you all experienced these symptoms? Your help is most appreciated!
