I Made up a Salad Dressing Recipe!

I didn't want to dirty any of my machinary just to make a dressing for one salad, so I stirred together some almond butter and poured off some juice from a pineapple heart (one of those Dole things that comes in a plastic container). It was as good a dressing as I've ever had!

Yeah, that does sound wonderful. I'm always looking for new salad dressing ideas. And this one is super easy. I'm going shopping today, so I'll definitely pick up some pineapple and try it with my dinner tonight.
