I was wondering it anybody who has Rawsome could give me the recipe for the diuretic with grapefruit, lemon, and orange juice. I got the book from the library, and now I can't find where I wrote thte recipe down. thanks in advance!!!

Promotes system cleansing and can be consumed during a fast.

Juice of 12 oranges
Juice of 6 lemons
Juice of 6 grapefruit
Spring water

Combine the juices in a glass gallon jar.
Fill the jar to the top w/ spring water.
Drink a glass of this cleanser every hour or as desired.
