My girl friend and I started a fast yesterday. I am doing a water fast with fiber and clay. my friend is doing the MC. My room mate is starting later this week then another friend is joining us next week. group fast woohoo

anyway i am sitting here on the john, soaking my toes in vinager and swishing oil during my morning oil pull. reading this site for encouragement. lol

i am glad i live alone and don't have to explain this.

next i am going to skin brush then go to the gym workout and use the sauna

First - good luck!

Second- I wouldn't workout. During a fast your body requires REST REST and MORE REST! Workingout will focus those energy stores to that instead of cleansing and eventually you'll drain yourslef of ALL energy. The most you should do is take a nice relaxing walk outside or something.

I'm on Day 7 of my proposed 30 day fast. I'm averaging 1 large glass of juice per day - the rest is water or green tea.

Every morning I do 20 minutes of pilates to keep up muscle tone. I've had 2 days where I felt a bit tired, I'm wanting go to bed around 10:30 instead of being my customary nocturnal by nature self but I've dropped 13 pounds and 7.5 inches.

So far so good...just 23 days to go!

I am soaking my toes because i got a funk the last time i went for a pedicare.

I am used to fasting, I do it every 3 months. I had a high white blood count which through fasting and raw food has returned to normal.

I love exercising it doesn't seem to bother me. Last night i did a spin class and felt fine. Towards the end of the fast I won't have the energy to exercise.

the fiber and clay are from Sonne. The clay coats the intestines and the fiber acts like a brush. I take it 4 times a day.

off to soak my toes and oil pull.

I am interested in the clay you use. Can you give us details/name/brand/website..?

I am looking for something else than bentonite, which is also used
for making plastic, so I doubt it is good
