I would love having a recipe for Goulash if anyone has one and would share it/Post it? Thank You in advance. Joz
wyjoz, how about something really simple? Such as a bowl of blended tomato (green pepper or onion could be added if you wish) and some julienne cut zucchini. For short strands peel across the end of the squash rather that lenthwise. I've seen the peelers in publix and walmart. Or just use whatever method of cutting available.
I do this with just tomato and zucchini and we love it. We eat large bowls full.

Thanks Teri S I'll play with it. I saw a picture of it today. I believe majority of pictures here are raw foods? but Goulash got to me. Just is calling out to me.

wyjoz, celery would be good belnded in too.
OK saw the pic. That looks like a creamy tomato base, blend cashews in with whatever else you want to go with the blended tomatoes. Not a lot though because they thicken well, just experiment. It has chopped onion stirred in. Then add a layer of your favorite burger mix (already dehydrated if you like it that way) and top with chopped tomato, marinated onion slices, green onion tops, and parsley.
Instead of the burger mix, chopped and marinated mushrooms would be good.
That's what the pic says to me.
