Anyone know of a few good pro-biotics besides kim chi and saurkraut? Are there any others? I have had eczema on my hands off and on for a while now. Trying to find the source. I read on another forum where the mother gave her 4 year old pro-biotics and the eczema cleared.
Thanks,
Angelique

Primal Defense? Is that a formula? I found Kombucha tea at the local co-op. It doesn't taste that bad and says it has live cultures. So now I am going to find out how to make it. Thanks for responding.

I will look for those at my local store. The kombucha tea comes from a mushroom apparently, so if I get the motivation to buy the ingredients and actually make it, I will let you guys know. I am wondering is Apple cider Vinegar considered a Probiotic? This kombucha stuff tastes just like it.
I LOVE Primal Defense (caplets). I've been taking this product for the last 2 years. When I first started I was taking 9 a day for almost a year (3 in the morning, afternoon, and evening). I only take 3 a day now. I found the best price at: Christine's Cleanse Corner www.primaldefense.net
