My girls love breakfast bars. Does anyone have a recipe for a raw breakfast bar. I do have a dehydrator, if that helps. Thanks!

Bar Nut Crunch
1/8 cup flax seeds (soaked)
3/4 cup of nuts
handful of cashews
2 squirts of agave nectar
pinch of salt
dash of cinnamon
Mix in food processor

You can stir in raisins, goji berries, cranberries, etc.. I use almonds and cashews, plus pumpkin seeds, sunflowerseeds, and sesame seeds.

Spread on teflex sheet then section into bars. Dehydrate 105 Degrees until desired crunchiness.

Bagels[/U]
4 Cups of sprouted Rye, I have also used Spelt
2 cups of sunflower seeds blended into powder
1 1/2 Tsp salt
I have added Spinach, Basil, Sun Dried Tomato, or Cinnamon with Raisins and Goji Berries
Up to 1/2 cup of water if needed
Blend in Food Processor

Form into balls, press down and created a bagel shape. Punch hole in center with finger.

Dehydrate 110 Degrees for about 2.5 hours, flip and dehydrate till desired consistency.

you're welcome. We made these in the raw food class I took with Schall. They really help during the transition and great for camping, hiking, etc..
