Do you eat a good amount of greens on a daily basis? Are you healthy?

Greens= Green leafs, romaine, lettuce, kale... leafs that are greens, also green smoothies.

What you think is healthy is up for you to decide.

And if you are not at optimum health, or low below MEDIUM-health(whatever you think medium-health is) and don't eat that much greens, please vote the last option.

I voted that I have a good amount of greens daily and am very healthy but there was no where that I could add that when I did not have a good amount of greens daily I was also very healthy.

Well achieving optimal health is a process so I would have to say that (when not in fasting mode), I get a good helping of greens but I am still healing.....I am healthier than I was a year ago but I can be healthier. I am still healing. :)

Since starting on green smoothies (2 months ago) my nails have gotten harder, my teeth whiter and a bad wart i had for 4 years is almost gone. (thank you Jesus!!!)

I'm a big believer for now. My green smoothies are very potent as I only use a small amount of fruit to sweeten. Make sure you put lots of mint in, it's so refreshing.

Man my poll is so bias. I was expecting people who eat a lot of greens to be the most healthiest. And so it is.

Maybe it is the placebo effect.
If you think that you are healthy then there is a far better chance that you will be healthy.

There was a book on it by some guy of what i'm talking about.

The thinker thinks. The prover proves.

If some guy (prover) believes in the thinker's thoughts, he will go out and find the evidence that justifies those thoughts (beliefs). And it's the same otherwise--if the prover doesn't believe in the thinker's thoughts, he will find evidence for that also.
