Anyone else bothered by certain foods since going raw?

Some food is bothering us here and I'm not sure exactly which one. It could be:

Coconut
Pumpkin seeds
Flax seeds
Macademia nuts
Sprouts
Dehydrated foods
Watermelon

Anyone have adverse reactions to any of these foods? What are your symptoms?

Are you properly combining.
The only one of those that has bothered me since going raw is macadamia nuts but I had assumed that it was an indication that they were not raw.

Once you have been eating at your healthy goal for some time...try this:

1) Fast for one day.
2) Eat nothing but the item in question for 1 day.
3) If the item effects you at all negatively...then it is an item you should avoid in your diet. If it is un-appealing, deadening, sickening, nauseating, or upsets your digestion....you should probably avoid it.

-Try the same experiment with the same food in another 6 months if you are still interested in eating it.

-Just some suggestions.
