:) The weather is getting pretty chilly here, today and the rest of the week we are looking at 60's and low 70'S. So i'm hoping that someone can help me come up with a recipe for corn pudding.
I't thinking that i can cut the corn off the cob and put it in the blender with chopped red and orange peppers with red onions and seasoning but i need something to help it bind together so it will be like a pudding.
I'm looking for something that i can dip out or slice, please help me.
Cool weather is coming and this would be filling and would help us to avoid cooked meals.
