What are some of the different types of foods and drinks - juices that you guys eat before your work out and after, in order to feed your muscle growth and feed your bodies after an intensive work out?

Bananas are perfect for after a workout. I prefer to workout on an empty stomach, so I eat nothing for at least a few hours before a workout.

I too have used bananas for a prework out boost and I've also used them for after workout recovery. My trainer wants me to get back on creatine, But I said no way, There's got to be a raw fix that I can to for a pre and an after workout recovery. I've noticed sometimes once I'm done I'll get a little foot cramp, so Imust be burning off some potassium or magnessuim during my work outs. So That's why I've been looking for a raw equvilent to creatine.

Typically, I atart of my day with water. An hour later, I would have fruit in the morning first I was working out........sometimes depending on how I feel, I won't eat. Post workout, again depending time of day, I will have a green type of food or more fruit.

Path, we've been together here long enough but do you think maybe you don't eat enough?????

Well, I'm trying to build up my muscles, so I want blow away in the wind. :D
But lately I've been eating past 9pm and started to put on some bad weight. I'm still not to where I want to be physically :rolleyes: I want more muscles in my shoulders and my back and legs and chest and arms. Help me to keep warm this winter, so I want freeze my a#s off.........LOL
