My husband who still eats some cooked food is having soy and semolina spaghetti for dinner which i'm holding in my lap right now.
I love the taste of this spaghetti, now i have squash which i can make into raw spaghetti but i have to admit it doesn't taste like this, it something about the flavor that the soy and semolina gives it.
I know i can't duplicate it because it's made from soy and semolina flour but can anyone help me?
I guess i'm asking how i can make the spaghetti taster using squash, if anyone can help please do.
Thank you.

You have got to change your mindset. It may taste good but it is not good for you. When you are eating your zucchini spaghetti or whatever just visualize the energy and nutrients you are giving your body. When you look at the pasta think zero nutrients and sucking the life force out of you! :D Also you could warm your spaghetti in the dehydrator for a bit and see if that helps!

:) Yeh, i will try that, i know it's not healthy but it has been a weakness for me and thinking that i can mix just a little with loads of raw isn't a good way to go.
Thanks

STOP! Put the plate of SAD food down and no one gets hurt!!!
Just teasing. It sure sounds as though you know what's best for you.
I think the hardest part is making the decision of what to do (i.e. eat the SAD food/not eat the SAD food), etc. Once the decision is made, you'll know what steps to take.
Good luck!
With Love.

:D i need to print that out and post it on my fridge along with some pictures of people who have stopped eating cooked food. Seeing them face to face will help to keep me strong and on the right path.
Thanks so much for the tough love. :)

Hey there. The more you go toward 100% raw? The more those cravings will decrease. And I agree with greenfeline. You are eating living, LIVE, WHOLE foods. What could be better for your body and soul? Surely not dead foods.
DEAD FOODS = DEAD BODIES
LIVE FOODS = LIVE BODIES
Put that on your fridge too.
Once your family sees your energy and "glow" they're gonna want to eat like you...
Soy is not a very good product to be eating. Do a banana search up top and see some of the info on it.
You'll be fine with eating raw. Just do it. :)

Just stop and analyze how it'll make you feel. It may taste good for a few moments, but after that you'll realize what you've done. After a while on raw nothing cooked will seem appetizing, as it shouldn't lol. I hope you made it through!

I like zucchini spaghetti!!! I think it tastes BETTER...why, because I know everytime I eat SAD pasta, I get bloated, and I know it's not good for me. I warm my zucchini in the dehydrator, while I'm making the sauce....and if you have time, you could even warm the whole dish. I could go for some of that right now!

i thought, i'll make it for my husband and put the raw noodles in the water that i used to boil his for the flavor, it sounds strange but i didn't boil it i kept it raw and the flavor blended with the raw noodles gave it the taste i was craving.
It's not the packaged noodles i love it's the flavor that i seem to love, :) doesn't make sense but everyone is different.

Over the years I have gotten less and less interested and 'tempted' by pasta.
