ok, i've only been eating raw for just about a month, but i have a question about refrigeration.
allissa doesn't really talk about it in her book, but i'm sure that there are some recipes that do require refrigeration and some that totally dont. fruit leathers for example. do those need to be? and how long do they last? i had one that was about 3 weeks old out on my counter and it seemed and smelled fine, but i was a little nervous about it. i wouldn't eat a 3 week old banana! anyone have a good rule of thumb?
