fresh aloe??

can you put fresh aloe in your juice??
i picked some yesterday..........and i put it through my juicer this morning,......... because i thought i heard it was very good for you!!!

does anyone know??

I add a little to my smoothie (when I remember) but only a little.
I suggest that you only use a little until you find out more.

I don't think that you juice the whole thing.

Rather you "filet" the leaf, and the scoop out the gel avoiding the yellow stuff..

ok........ i just figured..........throw the whole thing in there!!! haha :eek:
since the juicer splits the pulp/rind from the actual juice!!

ok, will try it that way next time!!
