"Conscious Eating" by Gabriel Cousens is the only resource I know of.
You can look at a regular aryuvedic site and then adapt it to raw... Cousens guide is more complete though.
Especially for vatas, because they are the dosha that supposedly requires mostly cooked food. The general rule there is anything warm, soupy, oily usually does a vata well.. more juices and smoothies and less fiber.

I spoke to my ayurveda doctor and she told me that raw food is hard to digest, but I told her that I'm feeling really good on raw and she said it's ok, but she told me to take digestive enzymes.

I once had several appointments with a Chinese Chiropractor. I told her I was raw and she seemed concerned about the lack of "heat" in my digestive track. I just told her I eat garlic, cayenne and ginger and that seemed to ease her mind.

Yes, that is. There's a great book called The Whole Food Encyclopedia by Rebecca Wood. It has all kinds of info, including ayurvedic information about almost every type of whole food imagineable.

I am sure that anything that causes your tongue to feel a burning sensation is considered warming.

Cousens has a couple of books that touch upon raw food diet and ayurvedic principles.
He says that warming spices/herbs such as cardamom, cinnamon, cayenne, tarragon, marsala, masalas etc and warming up dishes is helpful.
Here is a site that discusses in general in case you don't have Cousen's book

Sharon, thanks for that reference--definately sounds like a book I will find useful!
