Supposedly bananas and all seedless fruits are not good for ya. And I don't mind taking them off. Now for the icecream, someone tell me a subsitute for the ripe/frozen bananas.

cashew cream is excellent, I don't like frozen banana flavor personally, so I make a cashew cream and freeze it, works great, not much flavor, so add a bit of vanilla and a sweetner, like dates or agave' and it's heavenly, mmmmmmmmm

or you could use organic plantains or........ young coconut

Tell me what is cashew cream.

And you don't seem to be excited about young coconuts.

Edit: I know that cashew butter exists.

I sometimes mix half bananas and half almond milk.
I freeze the almond milk lying flat (about an inch thick) in a ziplock bag and then I just thump it on the counter so that it breakes up and I can use a few chumks. That is lazier than making the cubes.

Can't imagine why someone would with the way you demand/command... but, I guess they do.

Raw Cashew Sour Cream

ΒΌ pound cashews, soaked in water for a least 4-5 hours
Juice of one lemon
water

Drain water from cashews. There should be about 1 cup of soaked cashews. Put cashews in blender and add a little fresh water. Blend. Add more water if having difficulty blending. Add the lemon juice. Keep turning the mixture with a knife followed by blending. Add enough water to have the consistency of sour cream.

Oh, the manners of children. Only Child Syndrome, perhaps?

One could only imagine the plight of those who always get their way upon command. Like yourself, I have little patience for their ilk.
