I woujld love another recipe--Stuffed peppers...wow...cheesy yum...I got tons of Italian bell peppers. They are sweet, long and skinny type bought this weekend. My "meat eating friends" requested stuffed peppers or cabbage. I told them "no meat" and they agreed. I have tough competition to beat this week being Indian food cuisine two people are bringing to the Market as I am too for these folks. Indian food will be dunked in loads of oil too. So far it's been weeks and they keep eating my raw food.
I would also love to know more about this recipe before I hunt for my other ones. I know I have the peppers as one ingredient around. My goal is to kimpress them to eat more fresh since t hey have easy access to getting it. Now I jujst have to make it appealing to them. Thanks.

:D They don't sell Italian peppers around this area.
If i were to send you a self address envelope could you send me some seeds?
They sound so good, i could plant them next spring.
Please let me know if you would be willing to do this.
Thanks

I would even try Italian markets, but I am glad to send you what I have too from soem of the peppers. Do I have to dry them for you first? Never did this. Tell me what state. People can get to the garden link and post in that area if need be too.
