Can anyone tell me about how many cups one pound of nuts equals. I know it might vary because of the size of nuts, but I guess i want to know about almonds, cashews, etc. I guess the bigger nuts. Before I ordered them I wanted to make sure i have enough for the recipes, milk, etc. Thanks! Rachel

do you think the liquid measuring cup in this instance would be close enough?? with those, 1cup=8oz. which would mean you should get 2cups per pound. wait, that sounds awfully low. i will google it.......brb
