Is one of the important reasons to blend a certain percentage of your food
, besides juicing, that a great part of the minerals are in the "pulp".?

Anyone know where the Minerals are?

if you can ........... definitely use the pulp
i find myself............. needing to use it..........knowing how so many minerals and vitamins are there!!!!!!!!!

i either use it in my green smoothie----------
or make recipes using the pulp

it's very versatile!!!!!!!!!!1 :D

Yes, what do you think of this, it;s just an example, take it not strictly,
in order to eat enough pulp:

lowest fiber & easy to chew : eat raw (cucumber, watercress, gardencress)

little higer fiber: juice

highest fiber, more difficult to eat volume : blend: (parsley, carrot, spinach, broccoli)

Cansomeone follow this?

Blending is as much about the fiber as it is about anything else.

Juicing will get more nutrients into a person because they can drink more without the fiber.

I would have to say there aren't many nutrients left in the pulp, if at all. We did an experiment. Usually the squirrels here and other animals will gobble up the fruits and veggies we give them, but the only time they didn't was when we put out some pulp after I juiced. It was very try and just looked....like the life was sucked out of them haha. Do an experiment yourself. If you feel good eating it then ok, but if you don't really feel like it's doing anything or you have a negative reaction then....most likely there aren't nutrients left. That's just my opinion!

just do a google and you will have that confirmation of facts saying there are many vitamins in the pulp, so if at all possible the pulp should be eaten as well!!

the juicer manuals as well, that come with ANY high quality juicer will say the same

don't waste the pulp, use it!!!
in just about anything!! :)

just wanted to make sure you have accurate and correct information..........

Thanks, so always, like in other parts in life, different approches are necessary: raw eating as well as juicing as well as blending.

Does everyone like to blend vegetables with high fiber content, because they are not easy to chew when unblended?
