What are the top 5, or more, most powerful, highest in antioxidant qualities, anti-oxidant supplements? Thanks for your help.

Off the top of my head, I can think of three probable; maybe that will get you started: Pomegranate extract, blueberry extract, and grape seed extract.

Tea, specifically, white, (which is higher than green), may be another one; or a tisane, such as rooibos.

Of course, food sources are optimal.

Specifically supplements, probably foods that are usually categorized in the "superfood" category -- Cacao, Goji Berry, Camu Camu powder, ect.

However you'll be getting loads of antioxidants with just fresh raw foods.. especially all the COLORFUL ones -- berries, leafy greens...

All an antioxidant is is a pigment of COLOR

Hmmm. Highest in anti-oxidants is not necc. the best. You can have too much anti-oxidants. Essential oils are very high but be careful. Especially clove I think is #1.

As far as supplements I think some of the best anti-oxidant ones are:

CoQ10
Alpha Lipoic Acid
Grape Seed Extract
White Tea
Olive Leaf
Astaxanthin
Camu Berry
Goji Berry

Of course there are other foods that are high like pomegranate, blueberries, acai, prunes, and other berries and fruits and vegetables. And red palm oil is very high in vitamin E and carotenes. Both anti-oxidants. Zinc and Selenium are also anti-oxidants. Pigment colors are anti-oxidants, but not all anti-oxidants are pigment colors. Many different ones out there....

Um, colorful fruits and vegetables. You don't need supplements (especially not for antioxidants). Just eat the most colorful fresh produce you can find. Berries, bell peppers, carrots, greens etc. Deeply colorful foods are highest in antioxidants.
