Explore it, enjoy it and don't take drugs.

That's for sure. And let IT do IT's thing. Your body will know what to do.

Get lots of rest, sleep as much as possible. Don't exercise. Eat very, very lightly (juicy fruits only) or even better, not at all until you feel better. The less your body has to do (movement and digestion take up a lot of energy) the quicker you will feel better.
I hope you feel better soon!
All the best,

It depends on the detox symptoms. Mine have included:
Severely coated tongue with dark stripes: Scrape the tongue often. (I figured out what was happening when it was almost over. The cells on the tongue papillae were dividing rapidly, presumably pushing some dark toxin into the coating of dead cells.)
Junk exuded through skin pores: Take a shower and scratch all blype off.
Borborygmus in the afternoon: Go home from work so that when my rectum exploded I could immediately jump in the shower.
Mucus: Get rid of it. Don't swallow.
I've known about detox since I was a big kid; one day I ate too much chicken, including what's in the pelvis, felt ill, and ate lots of fruit to detox. So my detoxes on raw have all been pretty light.

Drink lots of water, grapefruit is excellent or lemon, and rest, sleep, cry, it's all good.
Sauna if you can, then wash off in the shower with coolish water, then sauna, cool water, etc. This really helps.
Do not take aspirin or any kind of pain pills, it stops the detox process.
So, do what you can to feel better, lay down, wrap up in a blanket, watch comedy movies, and laugh lots.
be with friends, who will comfort you, or lay down with a companion animal and let them make you feel better, by just being with you.
But most of all, know that this will pass.
