i want to go raw and i am going to start at the end of this week, but i just wanted to ask people who are actually already eating raw if they think it is necessary to have a dehydrator. is there any way to turn the oven on low enough where it will dehydrate but will maintain enzymes in the food. also, do you think it is going to be very difficult to do without alissa's book? i have a book with raw food recipes but it isn't alissa's book.thank you very much and i apologize if these are very stupid questions.

just buy a lot of raw organic food, get a dehydrator if you want, no biggie.

You don't need any books to eat raw. Just eat whatever you eat ~ raw. It's one of the most simple things to do yet folk need to make it complicated. There are enough recipes here and on the net so one never needs to purchase a book IF one thinks they need recipes. (Does help if one wants to be creative).

As far as dehydrating goes:
