Red Snowflake Smoothie; saw this somewhere and it sounds wonderful for fall/winter months. Does anyone have it that would be willing to share it? Joz

I belive I saw the recipe when I was skimming through Instant Raw Sensations by Frederic Patenaude. I don't have the book with me right now so I'm not 100% sure but I'll let you know ;)

I just got "Instant Raw Sensations" by Frederic Patenaude.
Red Snowflakes
By Mary Ziolo
Makes 1 serving
1 banana
Juice from 1/2 lime
12-15 cranberries
3/4 to 1 cup water*
*Depending on desired thickness.
Instructions
Blend all ingredients and be delighted with the red snowlfake effect.
Notes:
Mary: "This one reminds me of being a little girl, when I would shake one of those 'winter scenes in a glass ball,' and the snowflakes came falling down!"
:) Enjoy! :)

So many books with wonderful recipes, thank you for posting the most beautiful one i've ever seen.
You bought Christmas to us early this year.
I was wondering what to do with my limes, they are on sale now and you can get tired of limeae.
Thanks for taking the time to post it. :D :D
