I'm using October to transition back into 100% raw. The other day on the way home from an hour away, I stopped at a Harris Teeter to see what, if anything, they might have that might help me transition. I was able to find some Ezekiel bread so I bought a loaf of cinnamon raisin for breakfast. My local commissary happens to carry raw almond butter, so I have that on hand.

I was wondering if hearing the Ezekiel bread on the lowest toaster setting is ok, just to warm it a little?

That should be fine since ezekiel bread is already cooked.

It is unfortunately...I think the only raw bread is the ones you make yourself.

I always have ezekiel bread in my house (I'm only high raw). I think it is a a healthier bread compared to some.
