Yes it is a great book. I have it to and it goes into much detail and has lots of info. and drinks in it. A must have for anyone raw. :)

also, "the big book of juices and smoothies" is great! It doesn't give too much info on juice detox but it has 365 great recipes and gives you a scale of five different items like: immunity, detox, skin, etc. to let you know what that imparticular juice will do for you.
