Easy Cucumber Soup question

Can anyone tell me if I need to peel the cukes before I put them in the blender for this soup in Alissa's book. It doesn't say to but I haven't made it before so I was wondering if anyone that has made it before knows what's best.

I have not made it either, but my choice in recipes is to use as much of the produce as possible for any added nutritional benefit--especially if it is organic. Depending on the other ingredients, it probably would come out a very pretty shade of light green--maybe like green goddess dressing?

If the cucumbers are organic I would not peel them, if they are not I would. I don't recall if alissa's recipe says to remove seeds, but I do if I am using regular cucumbers. I was surprised how good such a simple recipe was!!
