BY ACCIDENT!!! :)
i had the smoothie concoction..........from my morning smoothie drink
combo of...... parsley, kale, apple, sweet potato, celery and carrot plus nut milk and some banana........
so i needed a salad dressing for my kale salad.......... and just took some of my smoothie -- added some spices (garlic, ginger, sesame oil, honey)
some oil and dash of vinegar ---- and YUM!!!
wow -- all so healthy, with all the ingredients from the smoothie and
DELICIOUS!! :p
