I just tried raw corn in my salad!

This may be a big no-brainer to a lot of people, but I am so thrilled at how sweet and yummy raw corn tastes! I have never tried it raw and I put it in my salad for lunch today along with a chopped up cucumber and it really sweetened up my salad. Anyways, I know it is probably a pretty basic thing, but I figured I would share a happy moment with you all. :)

I just found this out too. Yum. Today it was a cut up avocado, with fresh salsa, and a whole cob of white corn cut uo on top. Colorful and tasty, and I am very full.

Well, guess I go along with the "uh duhs" because I didn't know one could eat corn raw and how sweet it was until we went to Storm and Jinjee's retreat. Yowza!!! Sure changed the way I saw corn.
