Instant Hummus.
Take some garbanzo beans and soak them overnight.
Let them sprout a day till you see a small tail.
Dehydrate them till crispy and light.
Powder them in a high speed blender until the powder is very fine and smooth.
At this point, you may pour this powder into a airtight container to use whenever you want instant hummus.
Take about a cup of this powder and put into a bowl.
Add some garlic powder and raw salt.
I love to add yeast flakes for flavor, also. You may add these ingredients to the entire batch of powder if you want to, or season as you go.
Now, add water until consistency is met. This will thicken about 50 percent in about five minutes.
You may add the traditional olive oil and tahini, too. IIt's up to you.
I hope this isn't any body elses recipie. I invented this one day when I was hungry for something svory and quick.
This is so good with salsa. enjoy.
