Birthday cake

Hey, it's my boyfriends birthday in a week on saturday. I want to make him a raw birthday cake, however he's pretty picky!!

1)He's not a big chocolate fan
2)He loves SAD carrot cake but not raw (maybe its the spices he likes? Not the carrot flavour)
3)I want quite a big cake that you can cut into slices, like the size you would get if you baked it.
4)No gluten recipes please :)

Anybody have any ideas?

You could make Alissa's Date Nut Torte. You can shape it any way you like and just maybe triple or so the recipe!

You'd have to look up the link but there is a Raw Wedding Cake (I think it's called that) recipe by the Boutenkos. That looked yummy in the picture I saw but I have never made it.
