View Full Version : Avacadoes in recipes - big or small?

I'm gathering ingredients to make several of Alissa's recipes, and have run across this question several times in the past too. Specifically the spicy refried beans are what I'm looking at, that call for 2 avacadoes. The ones I have are the big avacadoes - so would I just use one of those, which would probably be equal to 2 small ones?
