I bought some fresh broccoli sprouts and was thinking about just using them on a salad. Earlier, someone posted one of Alissa's recipes, calzone and I can't get it out of my head. Here is my question, willl the broccoli sprouts work in the bread? I noticed that some of the raw bread recipes I've seen have required sprouted buckwheat and other things. I'm just wondering and I haven't tried sprouting any seeds myself. I am just guessing the store bought broccoli would be okay for now.
