Hi,

I am doing a juicingfast now (no fats, no proteine) and I am feeling fine,
I only think it can be even better, so I like to share some points with you.

Fastingconditions

* this is especially meant for people not 100 % raw. But if you are 100% and have experiences with fasting while being not 100% you will be very helpfull

* this is also especially for a not very long fast, 10-20 days is the aim

- My point is: I am missing the fiber(s). I feel fine, and overall "light", but my intestins feel more heavy and are not sharing the overall feeling, and that
is not neccesary I suppose..

- I personally think that when you fast while not 100% raw and not for very long (10-20days) it is very hard to reach the optimum result for your intestines without taking fibers, and I can't find disadvantages taking these

- So I am thinking about taking the great chia seed (also called salba seed)
see a description of these seeds in my reaction to the thread of Vegan Man (about Bowls)

- About these points I would like to hear your experiences/opinion:

* Should I have taken fibers before fasting (as a kind of cleanse) or:

* is it better to do it at the same time (both juicefasting and taking fibers, so fasting and cleaning)

* or do you disagree with my opinion? All reactions welcome, we will learn from eachother, no one has the truth, we have this al together, I just want to hear your experiences

Thanks for your lovely attention :)
