Sometimes I think it simply takes the right kind of exercise to get a body motivated, it just took me a _long_ time to find one that I like. It started with me wanting to improve my posture, particularly when I'm sitting at the computer, so I started using my body ball as my computer chair. It is almost impossible to slouch while sitting on one if you want to keep your balance. Then the sitting turned into bouncing on the ball. Then bouncing on the ball turned into looking into rebounding. Then that turned into a rebounder in my living room and me sweating like a dog while bouncing on the rebounder. So for me it is bouncing.. what is it for you?

Mine's swimming.
I workout every day that I don't work. I work 3 days a week, so I workout 4. I have 2 different gym memberships. One is a Curves-type circuit training place. The other is a regular gym with a pool. If I'm off Tue, Thurs, or Sat, I go to swim at the pool for at least an hour. If it's not one of those days, I go to the Curves-type place and I just do a lot of weight training on the machines, and ab work on the floor. (I don't do the circuit like you're supposed to, and it's usually empty when I go)
I love swimming, though. My mom started me with swimming lessons at the Y as soon as I was born. I grew up swimming, boating, camping, going to the beach, etc. I just love the water. And even though I may be out of breath from laps, I never feel sweaty or stinky or gross. I think that helps, too! :D

For me, it's all about Le Parkour (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parkour)
For the longest time I wanted to exercise, but I would get bored of it quickly. But now I have a lot of fun with it. Parkour got me back into moving around and doing stuff that I would do as a kid. It also renewed my interest in sprinting (IMHO one of the best exercises one can do)
