What can I do with Jalape?o Peppers?

I'm thinking of waiting until some of my avocados are ready, and make guacamole with it.

Does celery sticks go with it....unless it's tostitos again.. :D

I throw them in just about everything! Slice them up and put them on my salads, salsas, sushi, dips, dressings...just about anything that you'd like a little kick in. :)

If you do a search there's a recipe for jalopeno poppers (like in restaurants). They look amazing!!!
