I am reading this book right now and I have to say that I LOVE it. It has all of the studies done on raw foods all in one section which is just amazing. It has tons and tons of information and I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

She shoes differing views in the raw food world without siding too much with one thought or the other. She just shares what everyone says and gives their views.
