Im joining the new group of RP brownie fanatics.

I just popped a fresh batch into the freezer for awhile, But goodlawd, I was grubbing on the dough before hand. I was takin back to childhood bowl lickin from the betty crocker mix days. WOW. It was so amazing just as is. I had to contain myself enuff to put it in the freezer. Amazing taste.

It was funny because I never used a food processor really before. So I put all the ing in the things, and the blade was moving really slow, basically just making the dates and the walnuts covered with the cocoa. I was like " Please tell me this wasnt what they were supposed to look like...lol. Another raw version of a cooked food, that doesnt even come close. LOL. But I realized the blade wasnt all the way down. Soon as it was, BANG, started to work and wallah. It was a lil dry, because my dates werent as moist, but I added a lil water, which made them extra moist, but It still tasted amazing. Ah nuts, I got some of the dough on the key board...

lol

So I made RP brownies and thought I had them correct and put the Raw vegan chocolate pudding on as icing. Then when I started to slice them I notice they were crumbling. So i put every thing back into the food processor and processed.... now it is very thick and smooth batter. Ok, I put this batter into a container and used the store brought frosting as a icing. Put this in the freezer until firm.......WOW!!!!!!! Taste, looks and smells just like fudge :)

My hubby is a skeptic about raw recipes tasting like SAD, but he also enjoys them when they turn out well. We both agree that these taste like what you alwasys wanted the Little Debbie brownies to taste like, but never did.

I can't say it enough, we are so blessed to have RP here to help guide us in our chocolate choices.
