LOLF sausage recipe

ok I made Alissa's sausage recipe yesterday and it looked awful, smelled worse, and was the consistency of... yeah.

I left home last night and left the dehydrator going for about 15 hours instead of the recommended 7 lol... well, I just tasted one and MMMMMMM

It DOES taste like SAD sausage! Highly recommended :D

Thank you for posting this. I made the recipe some time back and did not care for it at all. As I write comments in my book when I make a recipe, this one had an X. Will try them again and dehydrate the longer time as you indicate. Now only need to come up with a raw french toast tasting recipe!
