I thought of taking a small califlower blending it up fine and taking 2 ears of corn, juicing them and mixing in a thinly sliced sweet onion with red and green peppers mixinig this together, adding around 1 tbsp of olive oil and dehydrating for 2 hours. Then of course seasoning to taste. I will try this tonight to see how it turns out, will let you all know if it works or not.
Sometimes you want to go "old school" remember when. :)

Ann :D
There are just some things that one cannot substitue on the raw diet.
Even if you find a substitute or something "like" it, it doesn't taste nearly like the real one. Stuff like bread, cake, cotton candy, popcorn, to name a few.
It is better, in my opinion, to just find new favorites and leave the old memories as goodies.

:) I know you can't duplicate the old foods you use to have but the idea of having something that will hold together and travel well is like taking from the way we use to put together the old foods, so to speak.
I don't expect it to taste like eggs but to have the ability to hold raw veggies, a good substitute for a morning breakfast food or a cute lunch is what i am after.
Thanks also for the link.
If i could not try to be creative i would get so bored at this, many of the recipes i have come across were created by clever and insightful people. :)
I hope they never stop being creative for all our sakes.

Amusingly, even when I taste the real stuff these days, it isn't quite as good as I remembered.
