My son Jesse James is going to join me in the 100 percent raw challenge. He has only one concern and that is will he be able to build up more muscle mass. He's at the age that he sees the rest of his friends bulking out and he has a lean physique. I don't know enough yet about what I should include into his diet to help him develop more muscle mass. For exercise he does some weight lifting, bike riding and basketball. I'm going to research this on my own, but also I was wondering if anyone off the top of their heads from experience could give me a few ideas or point me in the right direction.

Peace be to all.

That's great about your son!

Check out: www.thegardendiet.com

Storm is an amazing 57 year old (raw for over 30 years) body builder.

Thanks Walking on Water and Michigan Roman for the ideas. I showed the website to my son. It had pics of Storm on them that impressed my son. I'll have to check out that book nature's first law. We have a Powell used bookstore that should have it.

Peace to both of you.
